Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy a subscription to AXM Trading or take part in our Discord server. By joining or paying, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not join.

What you are buying

A subscription gives you access to premium channels in our Discord server for as long as your subscription is active. That includes trading calls, investment shortlists, sniping filters, guides, market tooling and the ability to ask our traders questions.

You are paying for access to research and community. You are not buying coins, accounts, items, or any in-game asset, and we never handle your EA account.

No guarantee of profit

Treat everything we share as research and opinion, not financial advice. FUT coins have no real-world monetary value, and we are not regulated financial advisers.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to buy a subscription. If you are under 18 you may only take part with a parent or guardian's permission, and they must make any payment.

Your account and access

Access is granted through Discord. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure. One subscription covers one person — accounts are not shared or transferable.

Sharing our content

Everything inside the premium channels — calls, guides, filters, lists and tooling — is for your personal use. You may not repost, resell, screenshot into another server, or otherwise redistribute it.

This is the one rule we enforce strictly. Sharing paid content ends your access immediately and without a refund, because it directly takes money from the people who pay for it properly.

Behaviour in the server

We remove people for:

• Harassment, hate speech, or abuse of members or staff.
• Scamming or attempting to scam other members.
• Advertising other servers or services without permission.
• Sharing coin-selling, account-buying or botting services — all of which breach EA's rules.

EA's rules are your responsibility

Trading is part of Ultimate Team, but how you play is between you and EA. We do not provide bots, autobuyers or automation that plays the game for you, and we do not encourage anything that breaches EA's terms. If your EA account is restricted, that is a matter between you and EA.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. See Refunds & cancellation for how cancelling and refunds work.

Changes to the service

We add, change and retire features as the game changes — a channel or tool that exists today may not exist next season. If we make a change that significantly reduces what you are paying for, we will tell you before it happens and you can cancel.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will give notice in the server before it takes effect.

Ending your access

You can cancel whenever you like. We may end your access if you break these terms, and — except where the breach is content sharing or scamming — we will refund any unused portion of your current period.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for coins lost through trades you choose to make, for market movements, or for anything EA does to your account. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Not affiliated with EA

We are an independent community. We are not endorsed by, associated with, or sponsored by Electronic Arts Inc. EA, EA SPORTS FC and Ultimate Team are trademarks of Electronic Arts Inc.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own country.
