Privacy policy

This explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it. We are the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect

When you sign in with Discord. Your Discord user ID, username, avatar and the email address on your Discord account. We use this to identify you, grant your premium role, and link your subscription to the right person.

When you pay. Stripe processes your payment. We never see or store your card number. We keep your Stripe customer ID, which plan you are on, and your subscription status, so we know whether your access should be active.

When you use the Discord server. Messages you send to our Coach bot, and questions you ask, so it can answer with context and so traders can pick up a conversation where the bot left off.

If you install the FUT Transfer Tracker extension. The extension reads your club, transfer list, sales and coin balance from the EA web app and sends them to us, so the site can show your club, rate your squad and solve SBCs from what you own. This only happens if you install it and link it yourself, and you can disconnect it at any time. We never receive your EA login details.

What we do not collect

• Card numbers or bank details — Stripe holds those, not us.
• Your EA account password or login credentials. We never ask for them, and you should never share them.
• Your private Discord messages with anyone other than our own bots.

Why we are allowed to hold it

We process your Discord identity and subscription data because we need it to provide the service you have paid for (contract). We process extension data because you have chosen to connect it (consent) — withdraw it and we stop. We keep basic records of payments because we are legally required to (legal obligation).

Who we share it with

We use a small number of providers, and only what each one needs:

• Discord — identity and role management.
• Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
• Railway — hosting and our database, in the EU/US.
• AI model providers — the text of a question you ask Coach is sent to a model provider to generate the answer. Do not put anything sensitive in it.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Account and subscription data is kept while your account exists and for six years after your last payment, which is how long we must keep financial records. Club and transfer data synced from the extension is kept until you disconnect it or ask us to delete it. Coach conversations are kept so the bot has context, and you can clear yours at any time with /coachreset in Discord.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email support@ajgrfut.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work — keeping you signed in, and remembering which affiliate referred you for 30 days. We do not use advertising cookies. If we ever add analytics, we will ask you first.

Children

This service is not intended for children under 13, and subscriptions are for over-18s. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will remove it.
